Internal websites and knowledge hubs designed to centralize information, improve access to resources, and help teams work with greater consistency.
Documentation and Knowledge Management
Context
In addition to leading learning programs, I design and maintain internal and stakeholder-facing documentation sites that centralize processes, standards, and resources.
These sites were built to reduce friction, eliminate duplicate questions, and make critical information easier to find. By creating structured documentation and intuitive navigation, I help teams move faster, align more easily, and operate with greater consistency.
My Role
Architect and maintain documentation sites using GitLab and Visual Studio Code
Own content governance, review cycles, and publishing workflows
Review, edit, and approve updates submitted by team members
Translate evolving processes into clear, accessible guidance
Improve site usability based on stakeholder feedback and team needs
Strategic Value
I approach documentation as a strategic asset, not just a repository. Clear processes and well-maintained resources save time, support scalability, and reduce operational risk.
