About Me
With more than 20 years of experience across instructional design, media development, and creative leadership, I’ve built learning and communication experiences across compliance, onboarding, leadership development, workforce enablement, and performance support.
I started hands-on as a media developer and grew into roles that connect creative direction, strategy, and execution. I’m motivated by the balance of creativity and structure — bringing together storytelling, collaboration, and program leadership to move ideas from vision to reality.
