Fraud and Identity Theft Awareness is a compliance eLearning course designed to help employees recognize evolving fraud and identity theft risks. The training focused on identifying common fraud tactics and providing clear guidance on how employees can respond and escalate potential issues.

My Role

  • Designed and co-wrote the eLearning course in partnership with instructional designers and course owners
  • Concepted a documentary-style video approach to make the content more memorable and story-driven
  • Framed fraud from a real-world perspective, showing that the “bad guy” is often an ordinary person whose job is to deceive
  • Supported video production, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Collaborated with instructional design, legal, and business partners to review and approve content
  • Coordinated with actors and managed timing to ensure all video assets were delivered on schedules

Project Details

Instinct: Uncovering Your Bias is an eLearning course created for new hires to build awareness of unconscious bias and how it can influence workplace decisions. The course explored the impact of bias on recruiting, retention, talent evaluation, and organizational culture, helping employees better understand how they show up at work.

My Role

  • Designed and wrote an eLearning course for all employees
  • Led the development of video content, interactive slides, and supporting handouts
  • Planned and coordinated video shoots across multiple locations to reflect organizational inclusivity
  • Traveled for on-site production and personally handled filming and editing
  • Managed schedules, logistics, and timelines to ensure consistent, on-time delivery
