I’m a media developer and program manager focused on enterprise learning, combining video production, learning strategy, and people leadership to deliver practical, real-world solutions.
I believe learning should be clear, useful, and respectful of people’s time. My work helps organizations solve complex problems, improve performance, and support learners at scale.
With over 20 years of experience in instructional design and media development, I’ve built learning across compliance, onboarding, leadership development, and performance enablement. I started hands-on as a media developer and grew into roles that connect strategy with execution.
What I Do
I work at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery, including:
- Lead enterprise learning programs from intake through launch
- Manage complex initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams
- Translate business needs into structured, scalable learning solutions
- Develop technical documentation, process guides, and learning content that simplify complex information
- Produce instructional video and digital media experiences
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT
- Develop and support creative and instructional teams
